Refund Policy

This policy should be read in conjunction with the  Milk & More Terms and Conditions of Sale.

When you order a Milk & More festival breakfast bundle, your order will be processed and available for collection from the campsite on the morning you have chosen.

Before the festival - If you change your mind and no longer wish to collect your breakfast bundles(s) you can cancel your order(s) at any time prior to the first day of that festival by sending an email to with your order number, where we will process your refund. 

During the festival - If the festival has already started then please visit the Milk & More festival shop and advise the staff of your decision to cancel your bundle. You will need to provide your order confirmation in order for us to process the cancellation.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your bundle please let the Milk & More staff at the festival shop know and they will assist you.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 weeks.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
